Grassstains Psychedelic Stoop Fest

A one-day music and arts festival in Philadelphia. Live bands, 80+ art vendors, food trucks, and interactive workshops - all on the stoop.
About GPS Fest
GPS Fest stands for Grassstains Psychedelic Stoop Fest – a one-day music and arts festival in Philadelphia. Founded in 2021 by Juls, what began as The Philly Stoop – handmade flyers, local bands, and a single block closed to traffic – has grown into a park-wide experience at Lemon Hill.
Today GPS Fest is run by three Philly organizers – Juls, Kyle (Philadelphia Psychedelic), and Nina (Grassstains Festival) – who combined their independent events into one homegrown festival. The shared mission: create an inclusive, affordable, community-centered space where local artists and musicians can share their work, and attendees get a full day of creativity, connection, and discovery.
